PACK REGISTRATION
Monday August 29th from 6:30 pm at the Shanghai Community Center 2nd Floor (at Green Hills Club House), Greenhills Clubhouse, 2/F, 418 JinXiu East Rd (near intersection of Bai Hua Rd), Jinqiao, Pudong, Shanghai 200135
The closest subway station is Yunshan Lu Station, Line 6.

- Pack 969 Registration Form (for all Scouts)
- Pack 969 Registration Flyer 2011 (1)updated
- Youth Form (for new Scouts)
- Pack 969 Youth Form 524-406A
- Medical Form Parts A & B (for all Scouts)
- Pack 969 Medical Form parts_ab
- Adult Volunteer Form (for adult volunteers wishing to serve as a Den Leader or Committee Member)
- Pack 969 Adult Volunteer Form
- The fees will be the same as last year:
- 900 RMB Activity Fee (annual)
- 200 RMB Supplies Fee (annual)
- 100 RMN Uniforms Fee (one-time)
